What You'll Learn

Bar Exam essay writing is very different from the writing you did on law school exams, as well as the writing you do in the practice of law.

You may have scored very well in law school, in your legal writing class, in your practicums, or even during your internships, externships, and clerking. But the goal on the bar exam is to "crack the code" as quickly as possible, so your essay answers look exactly like the bar graders expect and want them to look.

Writing essay answers in this fashion makes it EASY for the bar graders to award points and give your essay a high score. It is YOUR JOB to portray yourself in black and white - through your essay writing - as a minimally competent attorney.

But what if no one has spelled out exactly how to do that?

That's what this Essay Workshop is all about.

What You Get

The Essay Workshop is a collection of the following 8 trainings (plus two bonuses including another 7 trainings!) that dive deep into all aspects of bar exam essay writing: organization, issue spotting, visual presentation, IRAC and CRAC, using facts, analysis, avoiding being conclusory, etc.

You can practice writing essay after essay after essay, but if you're doing it wrong, all you're doing is solidifying poor writing habits - which is the worst thing you could be doing!

You need to understand WHAT you should be doing, so that you can start practicing writing better answers. The more you practice with good form, the stronger your skills will be on the exam. And THAT translates to points, which you absolutely must have in order to pass the exam.
